answer the following questions regarding your most recent transaction with
Michelle McDonald.
1. How Satisfied were you with Michelle's understanding of your needs?
Michelle perfectly understood our housing needs, and even without
having much time to prepare she met us with a list of homes we could
visit which met our criteria. None of the homes seemed big enough and
she helped us to realize a 3 bedroom house probably wouldn't fit our
growing family, so the following day we primarily looked at 4 bedrooom
houses and found one that we really liked (the same one we ended up
buying).
Also Michelle understood our desire to acquire Islamic financing which
is a unique and often complicated requirement. Michelle respected
this requirement and also did some research to find additional Islamic
lenders when the original lender didn't work out.
2. How Satisfied were you with the assistance provided by Michelle in
negotiating the contract with the Seller/Buyer?
Michelle seemed to fully understand the psychology of the sellers and
anticipated their reactions in advance, which definitely gave us an
edge during negotiations.
3. How Satisfied were you with Michelle's Follow-up and attention to detail?
Michelle explained all documentation and made the whole home-buying
experience very comfortable for us, as first time home-buyers. She
explained the process every step of the way and her advise was greatly
appreciated.
